“ Dear Ms Trstenjak Boat, Base, Charter Company: I only have the best feelings about staff. Hands on, very nice people. I would like to state (without wanting to insult anyone) that boat owner has a “Swiss” Level of quality and accuracy combined with Croatian hospitality. Example: We were delayed due to massive traffic jam at Slovenian border, and staff managed to put the ordered and already delivered groceries in the boat and in the fridge or deep freezer, as well left the boat open so that we could enter it around 21:00 o clock in the evening. Example 2: we were missing the gennaker halyard. It took boat owner only 2h to localise the boat, check the problem und solve the problem (we were on an island, it could not have been done faster).
